Aivis earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Greenwich, London, culminating in his registration as an architect in 2023. He joined James Kay Architects in its inaugural year in 2015, contributing significantly to the firm's growth under James's leadership.

Aivis approaches his work with an ethos that views every object, material, and component as integral to a carefully orchestrated composition. His overarching ambition is to seamlessly blend architecture and art, making this synthesis accessible to a broad audience. The interplay of color, geometry, and materiality in his designs is dedicated to enhancing the overall quality of our living, working, emotional, and recreational experiences.

Beyond his architectural prowess, Aivis is a recognised artist in London, showcasing a unique ability to perceive space, environment, and vision. This artistic sensibility enables him to skillfully translate each client's project ambitions into something truly distinctive.

With a wealth of experience working alongside James and contributing to diverse projects at various stages, Aivis is deeply enthusiastic about engaging with new clients.
